Members of the real estate practice area are admitted to practice in a number of states, including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Florida, and are located both in the firm’s main office in downtown Louisville and in the firm’s newly opened east end Louisville office, a location which has proven to be very convenient for a number of our clients and the financial institutions and other businesses with which our firm and our clients deal in that area.
Representative clients of the real estate practice area include local, regional and national developers and development companies and financial institutions, as well as other real estate investors and smaller developers. Middleton Reutlinger’s real estate practice area regularly engages in projects that include office, retail, industrial, residential, rental, multi- and single-family developments, resort properties and recreational developments.
Middleton Reutlinger has also represented and counseled real estate brokers and brokerage companies in connection with statutory and regulatory compliance as well as commission agreement disputes.
