Elizabeth Golden Powell practices in the firm’s health care and medical malpractice defense group and commercial and insurance litigation sections.
Prior to joining Middleton Reutlinger, Ms. Powell was a law clerk for Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Kentucky. This experience gives her additional insight into federal litigation and briefing.
During law school, Ms. Powell served as Senior Articles Editor of the Louisville Law Review and was a member of the Negotiation Moot Court Team.
Ms. Powell is a member of the Kentucky, Louisville and American Bar Associations.
