J. Paul Keith III was an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney for eight years and partner in the law firm, Senn, Miller & Keith from 1983-1987 before joining Middleton Reutlinger. His main area of interests are real estate, probate and closely-held corporations with particular emphasis on closing commercial real estate transactions representing the lender, buyer or seller.
