COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Middleton Reutlinger’s litigation practice has been one of the firm’s greatest strengths over the years. More than sixty percent of the firm’s attorneys engage in various types of litigation. Because of the breadth of the litigation practice, the firm has divided litigation practice into two groups - commercial litigation and insurance litigation. The commercial litigation area specializes in a broad variety of commercial business and tort litigation on a local, regional and national level. INSURANCE LITIGATION

A significant portion of Middleton Reutlinger’s litigation practice is devoted to the representation of insurance carriers. This representation includes insurance defense litigation in the following areas:
