Most recently, Mr. Garlove has represented national lenders in closing multimillion dollar loans for the purchase or refinance of retail shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, manufactured housing communities, apartment complexes, industrial warehouses, and industrial complexes. These transactions included ground leases, master leases, tenants in commons, and 1031 exchanges and reverse 1031 exchanges.

Mr. Garlove is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations. He was recognized as one of Louisville’s emerging leaders by Business First’s Forty under 40.

Mr. Garlove serves on the boards of several community organizations. He is Director of the Gail Klein Garlove Memorial Lectureship. Lee serves on the Board of Directors for the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and the Norton Healthcare Foundation. He is also on the Mint Jubilee Planning Committee and the Norton Healthcare Oncology Education and Advisory Committee.
