Jann B. Logsdon practices in Middleton Reutlinger’s insurance litigation group. She has twenty years of experience defending physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. Ms. Logsdon has represented numerous hospitals in Louisville and throughout Kentucky. She has defended physicians of almost every specialty, including but not limited to anesthesiologists, obstetricians, family practitioners, internists, orthopedic surgeons and ophthalmologists. Ms. Logsdon has also defended virtually every type of health care practitioner over the years including nurses, nurse anesthetists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, perfusionists and respiratory therapists.

Ms. Logsdon has been an adjunct faculty member in the School of Nursing at the University of Louisville and a Lecturer at the Alan and Donna Lansing School of Nursing, Bellarmine University. She has taught the Seminar in Medical-Legal Problems and Trial Practice at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Before her legal career, Ms. Logsdon practiced as a critical care nurse and was an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Louisville. She has been a frequent speaker at seminars and written a chapter in a book on health care law published by UK.

Ms. Logsdon is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, Florida and American Bar Associations.
