Julie Ann Gregory practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property section, concentrating in the area of trademark prosecution, litigation involving trademark infringement and unfair competition and copyright law. Her practice also includes trademark clearance and maintenance, the licensing of intellectual property and domain name protection. Ms. Gregory has experience in both domestic and international trademark law and represents several clients with worldwide intellectual property portfolios.

Ms. Gregory is a member of the International Trademark Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association. She is a member of the Junior League of Louisville and serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Benedict Center for Early Childhood Development.

Her recent presentations include “Intellectual Property in the Digital Age,” presented to the Greater Louisville Small Business Development Center on the topic of Basic Copyright Protection.
