Gregory E. Mayes provides legal services and assistance to a variety of private and public, not for profit and for profit business clients in all aspects of business, corporate, real estate and finance. Mr. Mayes was the first in-house general counsel for Kentucky Housing Corporation and continues to represent KHC and other housing initiative organizations in lending and development activities. He was instrumental in facilitating partnerships among local, state and federal agencies in the creation of several new and innovative housing programs which later became models for similar programs nationwide.

He serves on the boards of several local civic and community based organizations and has been recognized for outstanding community service. Mr. Mayes is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations.
