Mr. Wheelock has an extensive background in economic development and taxation matters, including the negotiation of tax-increment financing (“TIF”) transactions and other economic incentives. He has practiced in state, local, federal and international tax. Mr. Wheelock has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and has a Masters in Accounting with an emphasis in taxation.
Mr. Wheelock has also represented owners, contractors and architects in various aspects of structuring construction projects and negotiating construction contracts. He is a member of the Kentucky, Georgia, Louisville and American Bar Associations.
